The RACER Benchmark Group, together with the Department of Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of Osnabrück, is conducting a study on the acquisition and use of key performance indicators (KPIs) from employee surveys (ES) in leading companies and organisations. Companies and organisations with approx. 1,000 employees or more from Germany, Austria and Switzerland that conduct company-wide employee surveys are invited to participate. Participants from all over Europe are also very welcome.
The study is carried out by individual appointment in the form of telephone expert interviews with an expected duration of approx. 45 minutes carried out. The data is guaranteed to be treated confidentially and anonymously. The interview period is the months June to September 2024 The results will be available this autumn.
The aim of the study is to provide an overview of how leading companies and organisations use KPIs from ES for HR management, organisational development, organisational management and reporting, and which topics will play a role in the future. Participants in the study in particular will be able to derive implications for their own work from the results.
